Please call Sarracco Mechanical Services, Inc. to schedule an appointment for one free diagnostic session.

At the time of your call, please be prepared to provide us with a general description of your Building Service Problem(s). On the day of your scheduled appointment, you, or an authorized representative of your company, will be required to sign, prior to our performance of any services at no charge, a form authorizing us to perform the diagnostic services.

Your diagnostic session will include an inspection of the relevant parts of your system to determine the source of the problem(s). The session will last no more than seven hours and will take place Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the day of your appointment. This offer does not include the performance of any repair services.

Within a reasonable time after your diagnostic session, we will mail you a detailed report with a cost effective recommendation to resolve your Building Service Problem(s) along with an estimate.

If we are unable to complete the diagnosis of your of Building Service Problem(s) in the above described seven hour period, we will be happy to schedule an additional appointment with you to perform further diagnostic services however such services will be performed at your expense based on our standard rates and services.

Due to licensing requirements in New York State, Sarracco may only perform diagnosis and services in HVAC and Building Automation.
